To connect with the organisation's target audience and improve engagement, I introduced segmenting and used the CRM and email platform to tag contacts based on their interests. This allowed me to send tailored emails aligned to each contact's interests.
This approach, coupled with high-quality content, led to a click-to-open rate of 20.8%, more than triple the industry average at the time.

I developed a multi-channel video campaign to build trust and engagement with the target audience.
I managed a creative agency and oversaw the production of ten videos (including client case studies, testimonials and educational content)
The videos were shared across the website, LinkedIn (using company and employee profiles) and via email marketing.
